Instructions for use:

  1. Place Tubigrip on the ground.

  2. Step into it like a skirt.

  3. Pull it up to your bra line.

  4. Double it by pulling from the bottom.

  5. If double layer compression is too tight, cut the Tubigrip in half.

  6. The Tubigrip should sit from your hips to your bra line.

  7. Wear during the day. Remove if uncomfortable or hot.

  8. Do not sleep with the Tubigrip on as it can roll up and add extra compression into certain areas.

  9. Hand wash as required.
