Meet Rachel Fitt
Rachel is a Senior Pelvic Floor and Continence Physiotherapist, founder of Fitt Physiotherapy and the face behind everything you see here.
With over 9 years of experience in women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapy, Rachel has built Fitt Physiotherapy into one of Melbourne's most trusted boutique pelvic health clinics, guided by a genuine passion for education, empowerment and evidence-based care.
Rachel is also a mum of two, both born via planned caesarean, and brings lived experience to everything she does. Her personal journey through pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum recovery sits at the heart of the clinic's approach to care.
As well as seeing patients in clinic, Rachel has created two postpartum exercise ebooks, a comprehensive online birth prep course and a face to face birth prep workshop, all designed to extend the reach of evidence-based women's health education beyond the clinic walls.
